Uniform and Perfect Singeing is performed economically in the intense condition of high temperature combustion by providing Jet-Burners which have ceramic nozzles.

Our Machine Features

• Available for any kind of fabrics, for instance, natural fiber, man-made fiber as well as its blend.
• Our machine allows high speed up to 300 m/min, by combination of burners.
• The superficial fabric temperature can be adjusted from approx. 4000C to 12000C
• Gasoline, LPG, CNG is useful
• Flame width is adjustable according to the width of fabric to avoid loss of gas consumption
• Automatic Burner Turning Device prevent the fabric from burning out at emergency stop
• Space between fabric and burner is adjustable from 16mm to 63mm
