L-Box "Super" can process any varieties of fabrics and due to its simple structure machine trouble can be avoided though Sufficient and optimum timing is available. As the machine is designed to prevent rubbing and creasing by giving even Scouring for the applied fabrics, wherefore uniform dyeing is attainable in sequential process.

1. Applicable for any type of fabrics :From thick fabrics such as drill, trill, Burberry to thin fabrics such as voile, lawn can be treated as you like.

4. Simple structure driven out machine trouble: This machine has a very simple structure. Moving parts are upper guide roller, wince roller, and conveyor only. Practically mechanical trouble is thus driven out.
5. High-speed operation is available: L-Box "Super" is a machine of simple structure capable of developing a high operation speed of more than 200m/min. With stabilized processing condition
6. Easy operation: Only the pre-set of conveyor speed is called for treating fabrics with no relation to changes of cloth width and the weight. Cloth Loading capacity would be determined by pre-setting of cloth speed and conveyor speed. Thus actual manipulation is very simple.
7. Uniform rise and distribution of temperature: A pre-heating zone is arranged at the entrance of L-Box "Super" and even thick cotton cloth can be heated effectively. With this device cotton cloth which contains more can be scoured completely. Saturated steam of 100℃ is supplied to L-Box "Super" through a desuperheater so that this system assures uniform temperature distribution in the chamber.
8. Unique construction of conveyor: Loading and unloading of cloth can be done smoothly as a lattice conveyor has upward sloping parts at its front and rear section.
9. Conveyor: The conveyor is designed for securing durability for long time operation.
